Coach Lauren hails from a medical background combining physiology, physical therapy, and a pure passion for the ice. She is meticulous about form and proper use of edges and muscles. You're bound to improve massively in short periods.

With over 25 years skating experience, 15 years coaching experience, and 7 years as a licensed physical therapist, Coach Lauren will help you take your skating to the next level!“Whether on the ice or off, I teach sound fundamentals. With a pointed focus on skating skills and athleticism, my students are equipped with a stable foundation to pursue their sport at the highest level. Both on-ice and off-ice training are essential. Having a ‘therapist’s eye’ allows me to effectively break down a skater’s movements and cue for success. I work with athletes individually as well as with other coaches to help skaters of all ages and abilities reach their goals.”
