With over 25 years skating experience, 15 years coaching experience, and 7 years as a licensed physical therapist, Coach Lauren will help you take your skating to the next level!“Whether on the ice or off, I teach sound fundamentals. With a pointed focus on skating skills and athleticism, my students are equipped with a stable foundation to pursue their sport at the highest level. Both on-ice and off-ice training are essential. Having a ‘therapist’s eye’ allows me to effectively break down a skater’s movements and cue for success. I work with athletes individually as well as with other coaches to help skaters of all ages and abilities reach their goals.”
