At The Sharpening Dude, every sharpening, profiling, and product we deliver is handled with precision and care. We stand behind our work and our gear β€” and we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.

πŸ›  Sharpening & Service Work β€” The Edge Guarantee

If you're not happy with a sharpening or profiling result, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. In-person customers: come back in and we'll recheck and adjust at no charge. Mail-in customers: if we got it wrong, we'll redo the work free and cover shipping both ways on the redo. Your edge and your comfort matter more to us than the cost of a do-over.

πŸ“¦ Gear Orders

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or resolve the issue quickly β€” at no cost to you.
  • Unused gear: standard stock items in new, unworn condition with tags and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Customer covers return shipping. Refunds go to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
  • Final sale: custom orders, special-order items, sharpened or profiled steel, baked or fitted boots, and anything personalized (engraving, custom jerseys) cannot be returned β€” they were made or modified for you.
