Finding a reliable sharpener for my blades has always been a challenge. That's why I'm thrilled to recommend John—he's absolutely one of the best figure skate sharpeners in the Virginia and Maryland area. Around the D.C. region, he's unmatched in terms of precision, knowledge, and attention to detail. I'm not entirely sure about sharpeners in other states, but in this area, John is the only one I trust with my blades.

What sets John apart is his deep understanding of figure skating needs. He doesn't just sharpen blades; he tailors the hollow and edges based on your skating style. He takes the time to explain what he's doing and why. If you're in the VA, MD, or D.C. area and serious about your skating, do yourself a favor and go to John. You won't regret it!
