  4. I’ll confirm when they’re ready, then you can pick up the same way.

Are appointments required?
Yes — appointments are required. The easiest move is booking online. If you can’t make a scheduled time, use our drop-off & pick-up option (black box on the front porch) — just message me first.
How does drop off & pick up work?
We have a secure black box on the front porch for drop-off and pick-up. Message me first for timing, label your skates clearly, and I’ll confirm when they’re ready.
How fast is turnaround?
Most sharpenings are quick. Profiling and repairs can take longer depending on what you need — message me and I’ll give you a realistic estimate.
What info should I include?
Name, service needed, when you’re trying to come in, and skate details if you know them (hollow/FBV, hockey/goalie/figure). If you’re dropping off, add how many pairs and any special notes.
I don’t know my hollow/FBV — is that a problem?
Not at all. Tell me the player’s age/level and what they want (more bite vs more glide), and I’ll steer you in the right direction.
Do you do mail-in sharpening?
Yes. Send a message and I’ll reply with the shipping steps and turnaround details.
