How does the Drop Box work?
1. Message me first to confirm timing.
2. Bag skates and label with Name + Phone #.
3. Place in the black box on the front porch.
4. I'll text you when they are ready for pickup.
I don't know what "Hollow" or "Profile" I need.
No stress. That's my job. Just let me know the skater's approximate weight, age, and position (Defense vs Forward), and I'll recommend the best setup.
What is your turnaround time?
Appointments: Done while you wait (usually 15 mins).
Drop-Box: Usually same-day or next-day.
Mail-In: shipped back within 24 hours of receipt.
