A stick that fits you is a stick you shoot and handle better with. Length changes your leverage and your stance over the puck, flex changes how the stick loads and releases, and the right tape job changes your feel. Here is the stick work we do, fast and done right.

Stick Cutting

Stick length drives everything from your shooting leverage to your posture over the puck. Too long and you lose quickness and a low shooting stance; too short and you give up reach and power. We cut your stick clean and square to the length that fits your game. One thing worth knowing first: cutting a stick down also stiffens its flex, so a shorter stick plays stiffer than the number printed on it.

Stick Extensions

If a stick is too short, or you want to keep a well-loved one in play, an extension adds length back. We install extensions in both composite and wood sticks, fitted and secured so the stick stays balanced and reliable. Adding length lowers the effective flex slightly, the opposite of cutting, so an extension is a useful way to fine-tune feel as well as reach.

Stick Taping

Tape is feel. The pattern on your blade affects puck control, your catch, and how the puck releases, and a knob built to your preference changes your grip and handling. We tape blades and build knobs the way you like them, or help you dial in a setup if you are still figuring out what works for you.
