Can you convert any ice skate?
Most modern hockey boots can be converted if the boot and outsole are still solid. If the outsole is compromised or the boot is breaking down, we’ll tell you before doing any work.
Do I have to buy a chassis from you?
Nope. We sell some chassis options, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own.
What does “hardware not included” mean?
The $65 starting price covers the conversion work (mount + alignment). Some chassis kits come with the required mounting hardware, and some don’t. If yours doesn’t, we’ll tell you what you need before we start.
Should I use different wheels for indoor vs outdoor?
Yes — indoor and outdoor surfaces skate very differently. Tell us where you skate most and we’ll recommend the right wheel type so you get the grip and durability you need.
